Happy Mother's Day!

Mom had a great day and an even better weekend! The boys let me sleep in until 9am this morning and treated me to breakfast (blueberry pancakes & bacon) in bed. Eddie had a special bag of presents he made a school and there were lots of cards to go around. But lets back up a bit. Saturday morning we went to Tot Shabbot and afterwards we went out for a Chinese lunch (the boys love brown noodles). It was Playland's official opening day so we found Eddie's tallest shoes and headed out for an afternoon of fun. According to Playland Eddie was exactly 36inches tall which meant Dad had to convince a couple of attendants that Eddie was tall enough to ride alone. Eddie only got negged once, but we do need to make sure he wears his "tall shoes" everytime we go. Kari & Josh had a date night Saturday night and while the boys played with the sitter we headed back to Playland to go on the adult rides before going out for dinner. Sunday morning Mom took Alex to swim class while Dad & Eddie went on their last bike ride before their big race next Sunday. We spent the rest of the day with Madeline & Laura planting the garden. This year we're hoping to grow tomatoes, peppers, corn, watermelon, peas, cauliflower...
